Caleb Lichtenberger
Caleb Lichtenberger is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and resilience. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and more than 10 years leading therapeutic outdoor programs, Caleb brings a unique blend of medical expertise and whole-person care to every patient encounter.
He specializes in treating adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, OCD, and substance use disorders. His approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment rooted in optimizing mitochondrial metabolic health, with a compassionate, individualized approach that empowers patients to take an active role in their mental health journey.

Before founding his private practice, Caleb worked in telepsychiatry, post-anesthesia nursing, and academic instruction, giving him a strong background in both complex medical care and patient education. His years guiding therapeutic rock climbing experiences also shaped his ability to help people build confidence, manage stress, and overcome challenges in high-pressure environments.
Beyond his professional work, Caleb is the proud father of four children, which deepens his passion for supporting parenting, family wellness, and stronger relationships in the home. He understands the challenges modern families face and brings this insight into his work, helping patients strengthen not only their own mental health but also the connections that matter most.
At the heart of Caleb’s practice is the belief that mental wellness is achievable for everyone when treatment is tailored to the individual. Whether through medication management, supportive therapy, or lifestyle-based strategies, his goal is to help patients regain energy, improve cognitive function, and live with greater purpose.
When he isn’t working with patients, Caleb enjoys raising his children, rock climbing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, teaching, and staying active outdoors—practices that promote solid relationships, resilience, and strength he helps his patients cultivate.
