Initial Psychiatric Evaluation 90 Min (with or without Medication Management) | $350
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 50 Min (with or without Medication Management) | $250
Follow-up Appointment 30 Min (with or without Medication Management) | $175
Functional Nutrition Consultation 30 min | $175 (Fee included when package is purchased)
Rock Climbing CBT | Varies
Additional Services that require more than 5 minutes such as report/letter writing, etc. billed separately
Payment & Policies
To reserve an appointment, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining Balance is due at the time of the session. We accept major credit cards and cash.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours’ in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will forfeit the deposit.
Insurance & Reimbursement
We are not in-network with insurance, which gives us the flexibility to offer you individualized care. Many clients receive partial reimbursement from their plan—see our Reimbursement Guide below for step-by-step instructions.

Using Your Insurance for Reimbursement of our Services
you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your insurance for your sessions.
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process.
🌼 Step 1: Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits
Call your insurance provider and ask:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
- What percentage of my session fee will be reimbursed?
- Is there a deductible I need to meet first?
- How do I submit a claim for reimbursement?
🕊️ Tip: Look on the back of your insurance card for a “Behavioral Health” or “Mental Health” phone number.
🌿 Step 2: Pay for Sessions Directly
You’ll pay the session fee at the time of your appointment.
After payment, we’ll provide all the documentation you need to file a claim.
🌷 Step 3: Request a Superbill
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes everything your insurance company requires:
- Provider name, credentials, and license number
- Service (CPT) codes
- Date and fee of each session
- Diagnosis code (if applicable)
We’ll happily provide superbills upon request—monthly or after each session.
🌸 Step 4: Submit the Claim
You can file your claim through:
- Your insurance company’s online member portal, or
- By mailing the claim form and your superbill to the address listed on your insurance card

Once your claim is processed, your insurance company will send reimbursement directly to you based on your plan’s out-of-network rate.
